Kooroomba

2018
Traditional lands of the Yugambeh and Jagera people

Kooroomba is an acreage home nestled within the Scenic Rim that was conceived around the idea of two simple geometric pavilions offset against one another to create a series of courtyards and relationships with the natural environment. The primary living pavilion is characterised by large retracting doors that transform the space into an open pavilion which seamlessly connects the inhabitants to the surrounding bush and views across to the Great Dividing Range.
